Prices in the Georgian Bay Township and Tay and Severn Townships are stable with an estimated 25% to 30 % land cost increase over the last five years. Our property values did not skyrocket like some areas of the Muskoka Lakes where certain properties doubled and tripled in value in a very short time. We believe that our market area has had very healthy growth and that more and more people are realizing the added value of being on or close to a Great Lake ,while paying reasonable prices for their dream cottage. It would be wise to hold off on your cottage PURCHASES until you have experienced Georgian Bay first hand... We are very fortunate to have such a beautiful place close at hand. Georgian Bay is considered one of the best boating areas in the world! The diverse rustic Rock and Pine landscapes , and protected bays and inlets on the eastern shore are amazingly beautiful.

The access to the South Eastern Georgian Bay area by road is easier and safer than ever due to the 400/69 extension , which is four lane divided highway that gets you from Toronto to Honey Harbour/Port Severn in about 1 ½ hours!
