Annemarie ( Real Estate Salesperson ) & Armin (Broker of Record ) have a long history as cottagers , residents and entrepreneurs in the Honey Harbour/Port Severn area.

In 1975 Armin began a career as a contractor specializing in all types of Cottage and Marine construction. Over the years Annemarie ( Real Estate Salesperson ) & Armin (Broker of Record ) became very involved in the community by sitting on many local committees and were also instrumental in the formation of a local business association in 1989 .

In 1990 , Armin ( Broker of Record ) was elected President of the association and remained in that capacity until 1991 when he was elected as local area councilor for Georgian Bay Township . During the next three years with Annemarie's (Real Estate Salesperson ) help , they were involved in approximately 15 committees including planning advisory for the township. Currently Armin is the President of the Honey Harnour Port Severn Chamber of Commerce.

Early in 1996, Annemarie ( Real Estate Salesperson ) & Armin (Broker of Record ) opened the new satellite office for Remax Georgian Bay in Honey Harbour. The business grew rapidly, and in January of 2000, they purchased their own Franchise and became an independent brokerage under the new name Remax Baywatch Ltd.Brokerage

The new territory includes all areas along the coast of Georgian Bay from Waubaushene to the Moon River, also included are Little Lake, Gloucester Pool, Six Mile Lake, Gibson Lake, Go Home Lake and Galla Lake.
